One of my first photos and edits this was my image for texture. A close up of an abnormal pine cone that grows in my area. I focused on the center side and placed it going out to the upper right corner as if it were looking toward the bottom left and i gave it a more warmer filter to brighten the neutral and earthy colors it had.

With this photo the challenge was to use a slow shutter speed and I chose to use the ghosting technique. Some context or thought behind this photo was that there was an agreement long forgotten by the two parties and yet there is still the thought of it looming around.

In this picture the challenge was to use to concept of leading lines and I wasn't the only one to use the fence as a subject. With the other photographer checking his camera I saw the opportunity to use him as the direct subject. To finish it off i added a filter to brighten up the colors to make it seem like pastels.

A personal favorite of mine, I had to incorporate a creative border surrounding a main subject. Taking for ever to find an idea for this challenge a gust of wind had blown this dandelion by my feet and I just happened to be standing next to this hole in the concrete, then it clicked. Setting up the flower in the hole I took a few photos from various angles and edited the exposure a tad bit and BOOM, in my opinion, my best photo (for now).

My first double exposure the challenge was to use a portrait image and the second image had to reflect you in some sort of way. I chose the lightning strike because in my opinion, once you see a storm brewing, you sometimes underestimate what it's capable of and by then it may be two late. In a sense I see myself like a lightning strike in the way i just described.
